Everyone dies to have that perfectly flawless skin from heat to toe. But seeing those body areas unexposed and subject for discoloration can most of the time bother you. I know how it feels since I used to have it too. I was very embarrassed to wear a bikini and short shorts. In fact, being intimate with my partner was also a problem. But after finding a solution to the problem, I am now ready to share it with you guys.
A lot of factors do contribute to having uneven skin color especially at the butt area and the inner thighs. Having a dry skin on that area can lead to irritation. Another one is friction from too much adipose or fat tissues of the skin causes heat once you’re in a moving activity most of the time. Waxing hairs between thighs decreases friction. Sweat has a salt and uric acid component that once it dries can lead to darkening of the skin. Applying moisturizers labeled for dry skin with Vitamin E and aloe vera twice or thrice a day can be of big help. Wearing tight underwear, lace and those with garter lining most of the time can deplete blood and oxygen circulation to some areas of the skin. Not too loose but exactly fit. Cotton based fiber underwear is highly recommended. Changing of underwear at least twice is a good hygiene practice. An old folk once said that you can exempt yourself from not wearing underwear and by just your pajamas once on bed to help your skin circulate on that body part. Having a weight loss regimen can also add up to your self esteem and confidence. The causes of dark butt and inner thighs are not something to be taken for granted. Here are some products component highly used for faster lightening result:
1. Peel the dark skin away! Use a strong chemical peel.
I used the Diana Stalder Multifruit Exfoliant
Since my inner thigh is five times darker than my skin tone, I was advised to use the peel first prior to using the other skin whitening products. Now here’s a little bit of a problem with this peel: you cant’ wash it for 3 consecutive days!!! So, what I did was to apply it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night then I washed it off Monday. I did notice a difference but I had to redo it because of the fact that it’s way too dark. After the second application (I gave myself a week rest after the first one), I did notice a huge difference and this was when I started using the soap and cream. I would say that I probably used the products for atleast 3-4 weeks before it finally wowed me. Now, keep in mind that I used it everyday so you better be patient if you really want to see a difference. I continued using it and on the 5th week, the dark skin is completely gone! I was amazed! And now, I can finally wear a bikini!
2. Use a skin whitening soap everyday (twice a day, be consistent!)
Papaya Soap with Kojic Acid (Try Diana Stalder Papaya Kojic Acid Soap)
I love this soap! I actually just don’t use it on my dark areas but also on my face and body. What’s special about this is the fact that it’s a combination of Kojic Acid and Papain = exfoliation and lightening at the same time! Here’s the downside: it kinda tingles abit. I leave it on for atleast 2-3 minutes then scrub it really good. It works well but again, consistency is the key! You’ll feel that tingling feeling due to the high concentration of Kojic Acid (I think it’s 10% Kojic – maybe a little higher). Anyway, you’ll really see the skin exfoliates (or peel I should say). Make sure that you use the cream right after because this might dry your skin out.
Here’s a tip:Face and neck – leave on for 2-3 minutes (sensitive skin – about a minute).Dark body areas – I normally leave it on for 5-10 minutes.
3. Use a skin lightening cream
Diana Stalder Skin Lightening Cream
Use this AM and PM. Try to put a generous amount because a little bit of cream wouldn’t do a thing! Guys, always remember that you have to be consistent and patient with skin lightening. This is not something that can be done within 24 hours. Constant use of the skin lightening products are the best way to remove the dark areas and keep it that way. I still use the papaya kojic soap and the cream every day to prevent the dark pigments from coming back. In case I forgot to mention this earlier, I actually would like to let you all know that my thighs are thick and this is why I have a dark inner thigh. Since they rub together all the time, it causes friction that leads towards the darkening of my inner thigh. Thank you all for reading and hopefully, this helped you guys figuring how to remove those dark areas! Be safe.
